What were police to do? Allow this person who was already violet to kill someone. Behavior doesn't matter to the race baiters, only skin color.

Police Officer Cleared In Tony Robinson Shooting – Madison Wisconsin District Attorney Begs Grievance Advocates Not To Destroy The City…

Grande Lum’s team of CRS “peacekeepers” have been on the ground in Madison Wisconsin for weeks preparing the community to hear that no charges will be filed against police officer Matt Kenney who shot 19-year-old street thug Tony Robinson. (Backstory)

…This so called “gentle giant” was high on suspected hallucinagenics, and in a violent, volitile rage, walking down the streets of madison battering citizens, whom were frantically calling 911 for police assistance.
This out of control, violent man, high on acid hallucinagenic drugs, which not only gave him super human strength but made him impervious to pain, then battered a peace officer. Yes a peace officer who’s job that night was to protect the citizens screaming for help, and to protect the community from further harm from this man.
Again a man who made the choice to consume quantities of drugs, that made him a mad man, who was on a mission to critically harm others in his path”… (link)
The police scanner and other witness testimony confirms this account. We previously wrote about it HERE.
Using a CRS organized group called “Black Leadership Council” whose member organizations include: the Dane County NAACP, the African American Council of Churches, black Greek organizations, the Urban League and 100 Black Men of Madison, Lum’s Community Relations Service has been busy trying to aide District Attorney Ismael Ozanne in making the announcement.
Their work was painstakingly planned out, as it was previously in other cities and regions doing the same pro-active tamping down.  Each CRS entity tasked to convince the various grievance groups to accept law and order in place of mob riots, looting and arson.
A UW-Madison vigil was planned to coincide with the press conference and announcement.  Hundreds of yellow lanyard carrying peacekeepers -trained with hundreds of hours of CRS group work- now stationed across Madison in preparation for the event.
This is merely a sampling of the effort, all building toward today, when a visibly nervous District Attorney Ozanne stepped up to the microphones to tell the mob the police officer would not be charged.

(Via MediaIte) Wisconsin district attorney Ismael Ozanne announced today that Madison officer Matt Kenney will not be charged in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Tony Robinson.
Kenney had been responding to call about someone running in and out of traffic, and followed Robinson to his apartment, where there was a reported assault, and Kenney ended up fatally shooting Robinson.
Ozanne broke down all the information surrounding the case today, addressing all the reports about Robinson’s aggressive behavior before he was killed. He addressed the race issues surrounding this case, remarking, “Whether we are policing, teaching, or parenting, when we use violence to control, we do so at a tremendous cost––to the person, to our community, and ultimately, to our humanity.” Ozanne said he understands “the very real racial disparities and inequity issues that exist in this county,” but insisted he made his decision based on the facts. (link)
Right after announcing no charges against the cop, Madison district attorney Ismael Ozanne invoked the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in a plea for non-violence.
“I am concerned that recent violence around our nation is giving some in our communities a justification for fear, hatred, and violence.”
“True and lasting change does not come from violence, but from exercising our voices and our votes.”
Ozanne quoted the words of Dr. King and then quickly walked off.
Now the community of Madison Wisconsin will see if Grande Lum, the federal DOJ, and thousands of hours of intensive preparatory effort to tamp down the vitriol, hate, anger and violence will actually work.
