~ Hoax and Chains ~
We pointed out in Gruber video #4 how, according to his own admissions, Jonathan Gruber met with Senator Obama in 2006 -and then again with President Obama in 2009- in the Oval Office, to construct the tax scheme within the ObamaCare insurance fraud.
However, what’s missing amid the new discussion created by the recent Gruber revelations is a contrast, or context, to the historical ‘candidate Obama’ Campaign commercials.
So again, just to insure the hammer head meets the nail watch these short (30 second) 2008 campaign commercials which specifically focused on taxation of healthcare premiums:
The first commercial against McCain was so successful the 08′ campaign used the approach again, repeatedly:
Now, remember, Jonathan Gruber has admitted he presented the construct of healthcare plan taxation to Senator Obama in 2006.
So these commercials ran after Candidate Obama had already outlined his own broad healthcare proposal, which as you know, also contained a healthcare tax – but was constructed in a way to defraud the “Stupid American Electorate”.
In the June 2013 PBS interview Jonathan Gruber discusses the Oval Office meeting in 2009 where they are now going to disguise the tax. After all, those commercials ran promising that Obama would not tax your healthcare premiums, so they needed a stealthy way to tax the premium and yet not let us know they were taxing the healthcare premium. So everyone in the room said, “You want something that is real cost control that we know it will work, go after this.” Now, the problem is, it’s a political nightmare, … and people say, “No, you can’t tax my benefits.” So what we did a lot in that room was talk about, well, how could we make this work? And Obama was like, “Well, you know” — I mean, he is really a realistic guy. He is like, “Look, I can’t just do this.” He said: “It is just not going to happen politically. The bill will not pass. How do we manage to get there through phases and other things?” And we talked about it. And he was just very interested in that topic.Once again, that ultimately became the genesis of what is called the Cadillac tax in the health care bill, which I think is one of the most important and bravest parts of the health care law and doesn’t get nearly enough credit. So you can see how a campaign promise in 2008 became a scheme to do exactly the opposite thing in reality.
What’s worse - President Obama specifically did what Candidate Obama railed against his opponent, John McCain for proposing.
Now, with that in mind, refresh on Gruber video #1, #2 and #3 which are all highlighted in this single video construct. Pay particular attention to the duping delight at pulling off the scheme:
OK, let’s summarize:
♦ Senator Obama met with Jonathan Gruber in 2006 and began to formulate his own plans for National Health Care overhaul. ♦ Candidate Obama railed against his 2008 opponent, John McCain, for proposing a tax on Health Insurance Premiums. ♦ Candidate Obama wins the election. ♦ After the election now ‘President’ Obama then used the tax on Health Insurance Premiums to fund his own health care plan, “ObamaCare”. ♦ In fact doing what McCain had proposed, but Obama intentionally hid it from the electorate, while counting on the “stupidity of the American People“.
Now, consider what’s NEXT:
The employer paid premium, and the subsidy provided to assist in Obamacare premium coverage, are both considered a part of taxable earnings, “wage income”. (link)
ONE THIRD of the entire U.S. workforce is going to find out in 2015 that not only will they pay higher costs for healthcare premiums, but at the end of the year their employer insurance premium will now become GROSS TAXABLE INCOME.
