Police are reviewing allegations that Lesley McSpadden enlisted a group of people to beat the group selling the T-shirts and rob them of the merchandise. One person was allegedly beaten with a pipe and another victim had to be hospitalized.

McSpadden and “a large group of about 20-30 subjects” rolled up and “rushed” the vendors. One of the beating victims was reportedly McSpadden’s former mother-in-law, Pearlie Gordon.
“You can’t sell this s**t,” the mother said, acceding to the police report.
Gordon reportedly refused to back down, stating that “unless McSpadden could produce documentation stating that she had a patent on her son’s name (Gordon) was going to continue to sell her merchandise,” the report said.

Police say more than $1,500 in merchandise and $400 in cash was stolen by the suspects.
Police will decide whether or not to bring charges against McSpadden and the other suspects following a criminal investigation.
