More Democrat Party lawlessness...

Is Nancy Pelosi About to Break Campaign Fundraising Law?

According to Politico, Nancy Pelosi is holding a meeting in Napa Valley with a number of distressed Democrats.
Heavyweights like Google’s Eric Schmidt are also on hand, along with billionaire leftist Tom Steyer. If they were Republicans, Democrats would accuse Schmidt and Steyer of trying to buy elections.
The event, which kicks off today, is not a fundraiser.
Pelosi is also bringing in a handful of vulnerable Democratic lawmakers to mix and mingle with some of her biggest supporters. Getting picked to attend is considered an opportunity to schmooze with potential mega donors. Reps. Ami Bera (Calif.), Carol Shea-Porter (N.H.), Ann Kirkpatrick (Ariz.), Patrick Murphy (Fla.) and New York candidate Domenic Recchia are all slated to give brief remarks.
On Saturday, the issues conference and political update begins with welcome remarks by Pelosi. DCCC WomenLEAD Co-Chair Lois Frankel (Fla.) and DCCC Chairman Steve Israel (N.Y.) will also speak, along with House Majority PAC executive director Ali Lapp.
House Majority PAC’s presence is problematic. As a super PAC, the Democrats are legally forbidden from coordinating with them.
The National Republican Congressional Committee’s Matt Gorman comments: “As if voting with Nancy Pelosi in Washington wasn’t bad enough, House Democrats are now wining and dining with the former speaker in Napa less than 3 months before Election Day. If that’s not politically toxic, I don’t know what is.
